First-Time Customers: To make a purchase, register for an account and provide your personal information. As part of our commitment to responsible service, you must confirm that you are 19 years of age or older. All new orders require proof of age upon delivery. As a welcome bonus, you’re eligible for a 10% discount and free shipping on your first order! The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
Returning Customers: Please log in using your existing credentials before placing an order. This ensures a faster and smoother checkout experience by using your saved information. Alternatively, you can login to your account on the checkout page.

Step 3: Add Items to Your Cart
Choose the products you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. There is no minimum order requirement.

Step 4: Apply Discounts and Redeem Points
Review your cart. Here, you can apply any discount codes or redeem your Market Points to save on your purchase.
Coupons: If you have a coupon code, enter it in the designated field to apply the discount to your order.
Market Points: Redeem your accumulated points to reduce the total cost. Every 100 points you earn is equivalent to a dollar discount on future purchases.
Don’t forget to review your final total to ensure all discounts have been applied before proceeding to checkout.
Step 5: Checkout
Once you’re ready to checkout, proceed to the checkout page. Log into your account or checkout as guest. Enter your shipping information and choose your preferred shipping method. Shipping fees vary by province, but we offer free shipping on orders over $150.

Step 6: Provide Order Notes
During checkout, you’ll have the opportunity to use the ‘Order Notes’ section to specify any preferences or special instructions for your order.
Shipping Address: If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please provide the correct details here.
Out-of-Stock Items: Let us know your preferred handling for any items that are unavailable. Options include substituting with a similar item, waiting for restock, or removing the item from your order.
Complimentary Papers and Tips: If you’ve ordered any flower and would like complimentary rolling papers and tips, please indicate so in your notes.
Additional Instructions: Feel free to leave any other specific requests or instructions that you would like us to follow when preparing your order.
This section allows you to communicate directly with our team to ensure your order meets your expectations and needs.

Step 7: Select Payment and Shipping Method
Finalize your order by selecting a payment method and reviewing additional options.
Payment Methods: Choose your preferred payment method. You can select from:
– E-transfer: Instructions for completing your payment via E-transfer will be provided after checkout.
– Credit Card: Pay directly through the website. Please note a 2.5% payment fee is added when paying with credit card
Shipping Methods: Once you enter your address in full, choose your preferred shipping method. You can select from:
– Regular/Free Shipping: You will qualify for Free Shipping if your order meets our free shipping conditions.
– Express Shipping: Choose this option to get your order sooner!

Step 8: Pay for Your Order

E-Transfer: If you have selected e-transfer as your payment method, please follow the instructions provided exactly as written. Precise adherence to these instructions is crucial as any discrepancies can lead to shipping delays. You will receive the necessary details to complete your transfer at checkout.
Credit Card: For those opting to pay via credit card, a secure payment link will be sent to your email. This link supports payments using Visa Debit or any other major credit card. Please be aware that there is a 2.5% processing fee for using this payment method. Ensure that you complete the transaction through the link to avoid any delays with your order.
We do not have access to your card or your billing details. Everything is handled by a secured payment platform and is not available for us to view.

Step 9: Order Confirmation and Tracking
After your payment is processed, your order will be shipped, and you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Track your order’s progress by logging into your account or by using the Track My Order feature.
